Abstract
This chapter investigated subjective outcome evaluation of a leadership and intrapersonal development subject amongst university students in the first semester of 2013/14 academic year. Students from 17 classes (N = 1,070) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University completed a postlecture evaluation form after each lecture. Results showed that the majority of students held positive perceptions about the subject and the lecturers who delivered this course. Students' perceptions about teacher attributes and subject attributes were the strongest predictors of the overall evaluation of the teacher and the lecture, respectively. The present findings have both theoretical and practical implications in guiding future curriculum revamping work and further evaluation studies.
