N2 - Due to the significant environmental and sustainable benefits of prefabricated construction, it has garnered considerable attention from researchers and governments. In risk management for prefabricated housing production (PHP), prior research primarily concentrated on the construction phase, neglecting the comprehensive process and the role of stakeholder interactions in risk evaluation. Stakeholders, both internal and external, play a crucial role in PHP management, with most risks linked to these groups. To address these gaps, social network analysis was employed to explore risks associated with stakeholders across various PHP stages. Risks linked to stakeholders were identified via literature review and expert interviews. Network analysis was utilized to identify and examine critical risks and their interactions within PHP. Based on the analysis, key challenges were summarized.
