Abstract

Online shopping is getting more and more popular. Among the various products, clothing is probably the one least fit for online sale. A major reason is that customers are not able to decide the clothing fit without actually trying on the clothing of their interests. Virtual try-on systems have thus attracted much research attention in the past two decades. To try on clothing online, the availability of an accurate 3D human body model is a must. 3D human body modeling itself is a challenging research topic in the areas of computer graphics, film animation and clothing technology.
