Abstract

The influences of admixtures metakaolin (MK), silica fume (SF), sulphur aluminate cement (SAC) and sodium silicate (SS) on the early performance, such as the rate of setting, early strength and so on of persulphated phosphogypsum-slag cement (PPSC) were researched. And through XRD, SEM, we studied the hydration process and structure development of PPSC. The experimental results show that the MK and SS in PPSC can significantly improve the rate of setting and the early strength of cement, meantime the 3 d, 7 d, 28 d compressive strengthes reach 17 MPa, 32 MPa, 46 MPa, respectively.
