Abstract
Efficient and reliable stereo image matching has been one of the hotspots in computer vision and photogrammetry for a long time. The reliability and precision of the matching result mainly depend on the basic matching method. But the algorithm implementation affects matching efficiency significantly. Aiming at the practical application of the triangle constrained image matching method, this paper presents the employed data structure, dynamic update of the Delaunary triangulation, and an efficient processing algorithm. The results of intensive experiments show that the implementation of the triangle constrained image matching algorithm is efficient and reliable.
