Abstract

We study the impact of frequency offset and laser phase noise on the 3-eigenvalue onoff keying modulated systems based on nonlinear Fourier transform. Simulation results show that OOK modulated NFDM systems are robust to the frequency offset and laser phase noise in a certain range.
