Abstract
Human interaction is the most important prerequisite for the existence of a sustainable society in the face of difficulties generated by recent technical breakthroughs. People are generally concerned rather than excited about the ramifications of new technologies. Such phenomenon increases the strategic role of tourism, since human interaction is at the core of all tourism-centered organizations. As a result, boosting human capital's soft skills is especially important in adapting organizational attitudes in the high-tech era. This study investigates the three components of organizational attitude—Affective, Behavioral, and Cognitive—using the tripartite ABC model as a theoretical foundation for examining organizational attitude. The Delphi method is used to validate the outcome. A coalition of the extracted core strategies is leveraged as the basis for a suggested triple-foci strategic framework.
