Abstract
Compositionally graded epitaxial barium strontium titanate thin films fabricated by pulsed-laser deposition were investigated. A high dielectric permittivity and temperature characteristic, and a tunability of over 70% was obtained at frequency of 1 MHz. Results showed that graded thin films have better electrical properties than single-layer films.
