Abstract

A high-resolution (0.47 nm) and large-bandwidth (150 nm) on-chip Fourier-transform spectrometer (FTS) enhanced with a microring resonator (MRR) cavity is demonstrated. It is promising to be applied in applications such as on-chip chemical and biological sensing systems.
