Abstract
The generation of green, blue and yellow cathodoluminescence (CL) was discussed. The CL was obtained by doping thin films of Ba2B5O9Cl with manganese, terbium and thulium ions. Using spray pyrolysis, the phosphor films were deposited and activated in air at suitable temperatures for use on glass substrates.
