Abstract

The enthalpy and entropy changes in adsorption process for eight n-alkanes and four aromatic hydrocarbons on SnO2surface were determined by gas chromatography. The empirical formulas of chemical adsorptibility of SnO2towards these organic vapors were outlined. Results show that chemical adsorptibility decreases linearly with the increasing of process temperature.
