Abstract

The paper introduces the application of FCCN (Fully Connected Cubic Network) topology in massively parallel processing systems. Because of the simple self-routing algorithm, small diameter and average number of internode distance, the fault-tolerance, FCCN can act as a high performance interconnection network in the massively parallel processing systems. Moreover, Hypercube can be embedded in FCCN nature, so that FCCN will implement all developed parallel algorithms for Hypercube easily and efficiently. And the broadcasting algorithm of FCCN is proposed.
