Experimental study on kitchen pollutant transmission in an apartment

Abstract

This paper studied the characteristics of kitchen pollution transmission in a multi-zone apartment. The relative exposure ratios in different rooms were calculated. In such house layout, living room was most influenced and the exposure level reached 76% compared to the level in kitchen. Meanwhile, the secondary lie and master bedroom has the comparable level and the value was 58% and 62%, respectively.
