Abstract

All right reserved. In this paper, using exergetic and energetic efficiency as criterion,by means of experiments and numerical simulation, the performance of PV/T system has been studied in the conditions of high and low coverage of cells, and the affect of overall performance of PV/T system with high and low rate of cell coverage has been analyzed under the conditions of the variation of system's parameters. The results show that cell coverage greater impact on the system performance of photovoltaic, smaller on the thermal performance. The energy efficiency changes consistently in the condition of high and low rate of cell coverage, but the affect of exergetic efficiency is different with the condition of high or rate of cell coverage.
