Abstract

This paper examines the H-bridge converter usin g Passivity based control. The nonlinearity of resonant type H-bridge converter is poor and therefore the dynamic performance of the converter is weak. Using simple PI control, the transient response is not satisfactory. The passivity based control is first derived for the H-bridge converter. The parameter estimation is examined and the comparison with the POI control is illustrated.
