Abstract
As the Project P.A.T.H.S. was successfully implemented in Hong Kong, it was transplanted to mainland China under the financial support of Tin Ka Ping Foundation. To prepare for a large scale implementation in China, four training programs were conducted in China in 2014-15 academic year. The chapter outlines the evaluation findings for the fourth training program conducted in Chongqing, China. On the whole, the findings showed that the trainees were satisfied with the training program in terms of program content, program benefits, instructor quality, self-performance and administrative arrangements. While perceived program content and self-performance predicted perceived benefits of the program, perceived program content and perceived benefits predicted overall satisfaction with the program. Together with the evaluation of the other three training programs, the present study suggests that the training program conducted in 2014-15 was well-received by the trainees and was effective.
