Evaluation model and algorithm for knowledge contribution of enterprise staff

Abstract

There were few scientific & quantitative methods in evaluating knowledge contribution of enterprise staff. In order to tackle this problem, an evaluation model and method for knowledge contribution of enterprise staff was proposed. With the help of Web 2.0 technologies, the method divided knowledge contribution into participation contribution, efficiency contribution and innovation contribution, which were based on staff's behaviors of knowledge publishing, evaluation and application. And then an evaluation model of staff's knowledge contribution was constructed. According to this model, knowledge evaluation algorithm and staff's knowledge contribution evaluation algorithm were put forward. Finally, a simulation test was used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
