Abstract

During composition, an error was introduced that changed the meaning of a sentence in the Abstract. The high noise level definition of “SNR −3 dB” was inadvertently changed to “SNR 3 dB.” The correct sentence is as follows: “It was proved that the MF estimator has smaller mean square error of leak localization than LS when signals have high noise level (SNR −3 dB).” ASCE regrets the error.
