Abstract

Started with analysis on actualities and characteristics of purchase, production and sale in a steel enterprises, proposes three management models of reengineering of material flows in enterprise, such as management models of production flow, purchasing management and client center, which all normalized by standards The effects of material flows reengineering are comprehensively evaluated by application of hierarchy analytical method. The better economic and social benefit is achieved after execution of this model in a steel enterprise. After implementation the Iron and steel enterprises will have good cost-effective and social benefits.
