Abstract
The paper reports a study, in collaboration with Hong Kong organizations, of the identification of key maintenance and replacement decision situations, the collection of relevant maintenance data, proper evaluation of obtained information, and finally the plan to build evaluative mathematical models of novel decision situations such that plant reliability is enhanced in a cost effective manner.
