Abstract

TiO2nanoparticles with different shapes and surface modifiers can change the hole mobility of a P3HT matrix in TiO2/P3HT composite films by three orders of magnitude. The composite films with TiO2nanorods modified with pyridine show hole mobilities 2-3 times higher than that of a pristine P3HT film and the mobilities can reach as high as 0.23 cm2V-1s-1.
