Abstract

We demonstrate a 12-mm-long electro-optic (EO) long-period waveguide grating (LPWG) in LiNbO 3 that exhibits a half-π voltage of 42 V and an EO LPWG array that can be electrically driven to distribute optical power among parallel waveguides.
