Electrical transport in amorphous semiconducting AlMgB14films

Abstract

A report on the electrical transport properties of semiconducting AlMgB14films deposited at room temperature and 573 K was presented. The electrical resistivity of AlMgB14films at room temperature using the four-point probe and van der Pauw method was also measured. The carrier type, carrier concentration and Hall mobility were determined by carrying van der Pauw Hall measurements on AlMgB14films. It was shown that the films deposited at 573 K was less conductive than the room-temperature-deposited film.
