Abstract

1. Pregnant women who used the iParent app reported a significantly lower level of postnatal depression than those who received treatment as usual after adjusting for demographic characteristics and baseline depression levels. 2. The iParent app is a low-cost, user-friendly alternative to the traditional, resource-consuming antenatal classes.
