Research output: Journal article publicationReview articleAcademic researchpeer-review

Abstract

Aim: To identify the optimal dosage of dual-task intervention required for improving dynamic balance and functional mobility and reducing falls in healthy older adults. Findings: Dynamic balance and functional mobility improved with 95% adherence to the prescribed dual-task training, practiced three times weekly. More studies are required to assess the dosage of dual-task training for fall reduction. Message: An adequate dosage of dual-task training requires improving dynamic balance and functional mobility.
