Abstract

Oriented to the decision autonomy of cluster enterprises, a generic Cluster Supply Chain Configuration (CSCC) model comprising horizontal and vertical selection was established. Augmented Lagrangian Coordination (ALC) which supported open-structure optimization was applied for solving the problem. ALC solution framework was constructed and a feasible solution procedure was provided. Through the result analysis, the effectiveness of ALC for solving CSCC problem was verified. From the perspective of supply chain management, a set of sensitivity analysis for optimal supply chain structure was conducted to provide an evaluation method for the optimal cluster supply chain.
