Abstract
Dynamic models for phase-shifted full-bridge series resonant converters operating above or below resonance are developed. While steady-state operation of such converters has been studied previously, there has been no detailed report so far on their dynamic behaviour. The models derived in this paper are suitable for low-frequency small-signal analyses, which are useful to engineers for the design of feedback compensation. The models are verified by experimental measurements.
