Abstract

This paper extends the highly versatile method, known as the Plug-in Modeling Technique(PMT) to several FACTS devices, such as TCSC, SVC and TCPS, and a new type of generator,i.e. DFIG type of wind turbine generator. A case study to illustrated the FACTS and DFIG type of wind turbine is demonstrated.
