Abstract
Dreaming is important to social work practice and practitioners. It is a necessary and basic step towards meaningful professional intervention. We shared our ideal and ideas on dreaming. Social work itself is a persistent pursuit of the “shared dream” of humanistic values. We also suggested ways for giving encouragement and space for the students and frontline social workers to dream constructively.
