Abstract

The dielectric relaxation in 91% Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-9% PbTiO3single crystal was analyzed at various frequencies. A dielectric relaxation process with a broad distribution of time constant below 180 K was observed. It was shown that the dielectric loss can be fitted well with Volger-Fulcher relation. It was found that the results can be attributed to the freezing of macrodomain walls.
