Abstract
Students in the Information Design Studio, a core subject in the Communication Design programme, apply human-centered research processes and methods to practice in one of two projects: Museum Wayfinding and Medication Administration.
Over the course of multiple rounds of testing prototypes, gathering data, and experimentation with users, groups produced complete design concepts and systems that improve on the experience of visitors at the Hong Kong Museum of Coastal Defence and the experience of elderly people administering medication.
