Abstract

A depolarised high power (200 mW) broadband source (1520-1620 nm) with high polarisation stability is obtained using a single pump based on the hybrid effects of dual-order Raman scattering, parametric process in highly nonlinear fibre and erbium-doped super-fluorescent.
