Abstract

Crisis management teams need to make decisions; they also need to increase the awareness of the project through regular meetings. The chairman of the crisis management team has power to alert and mobilize the involved parties. The crisis management team needs to learn from history. Training and drills need to be provided to the appropriate peple; all leaders should be well prepared and know what they should do when a crisis happens. This chapter suggests a well-designed crisis management plan for human swine influenza in a hospital setting to prevent the situation from becoming worse when a disaster happens.
