The foci of the exploration are the development of a plan for the prevention of infection by STDs among secondary school females and reflection on the possibility of implementing the crisis management plan for the issue concerned. To have an all-round probe into the issue, the preventive crisis management system and the information sharing system among organizations will be discussed.
