Abstract

The authors regret to change <“which resulted in averting an additional six million people being from being infected and saving 101,309” to “which resulted in averting an additional 870,000 people being from being infected and saving 101,790”> in the last row of the abstract. The authors regret to change <“101,309 (=[2.28 million − 1.41 million] ∗ 11.7%)” to “101,790 (=[2.28 million − 1.41 million] ∗ 11.7%)”> on Page 9. The authors regret to change <“which resulted in avoiding another six million people becoming infected and saved 101,309 lives” to “which resulted in avoiding another 870,000 people becoming infected and saved 101,790 lives”> on Page 9. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
