Abstract

Dielectric properties of (Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3)0.67(PbTiO3)0.33single crystal were discussed. HP4194A impedance analyzer in a vacuum chamber was used in the temperature range of -100 to 300°C. Results showed that there is a sharp change of dielectric permittivity due to relaxor-ferroelectric phase transition.
