abstract = "A modified Green function of earth-return for multiphase overhead lines is derived. By adopting the modified formula, some numerical instabilities in the current MoM-So method for overhead lines can be avoided. A new and generalized Line/Cable Parameters (LCP) module is presented. It is confirmed that the wave propagation characteristics and transient responses of the new LCP, agree very well with existing calculation methods in EMTP.",
