Abstract

Many tasks / assessments require groupwork and are high stakes. Yet we often do not explicitly teach students how to do groupwork or give them the necessary strategies to work in groups. This talk will demonstrate and show evidence that teaching groupwork can lead to more effective performances and create a positive experience in the classroom.
