Abstract
Choroidal tuberculoma may be easily misdiagnosed as choroidal tumor clinically, and this may lead to improper treatment. We report a case of choroidal tuberculoma that was misdiagnosed as exudative choroidal retinitis and choroidal metastatic tumor. The patient underwent enucleation due to severe destruction of the globe. The final diagnosis was eventually based on histopathologic evidence.
