Abstract
The present invention relates to the preparation of a series of chiral DOTA, D03A, D02A, DO1A cyclinoids and their metal complexes, which exhibit better performance than previous DOTA-based compounds, so it has potential value as a diagnostic application platform. Chiral DOTAs reveal a high abundance of twisted square antiprism (TSA) geometries that favor their use as potential MRI contrast agents, while their rapid labeling properties under mild conditions make them excellent candidates for use as radioactive metal chelators.
