Abstract
The nanocrystalline ferromagnets were investigated at the atomistic level using numerical simulations. The methods of stochastic optimization and Voronoi construction were used to construct the nanocrystalline microstructures. It was found that the nanostructures obtained by the above method were characterized by the log-normal grain size distribution.
