Abstract
Power system black start is a dynamic progressive reconfiguration process with constantly changing operation conditions in power generation, transmission and distribution, and there are various kinds of disturbances during this black-start process. This paper introduces the eigen-analysis for the auxiliary decision-making and the evaluation of black start scheme. The method can help the dispatchers and operators to determine the optimum start-up paths and load restoration by analyzing the antiinterference ability of black-start system systematically and quantitatively. The two practical cases presented in the paper demonstrate the methodology and its effectiveness.
