Abstract

A new polymer based on electrically conductive adhesive has been developed for power conversion application. A power converter using this polymer as an inductor is prototyped. The polymer is made from improved version of silver particles ranging from 0.3 to 1μm form the proposed adhesive. It has been found the product is superior in electrical conduction and has been very successfully in application for power converter.
