本文在形状记忆行为、形状记忆过程、相分离及链结构等方面对形状记忆聚氨酯和普通聚氨酯的区别进行了分析。指出了准确控制聚氨酯软段分子量和硬段含量是形状记忆聚氨酯和普通聚氨酯两者性能差异的关键所在。||Memory polyurethanes (SM-PU)were analyzed in terms of shape memory behavior,shape memory process and phase transformation as well as their chain structures. This study is based on investigating the mechanism forming shape memory polyurethanes and the factors influencing the recovery ratio and the recovering rate of this new material. These factors include molecular weight and composition of soft and hard segments, modulus ratio and size of the dispersed phase in the micro-morphology. It is identified that the key differences between ordinary PUs and SM-PUs are molecular weight and contents of soft and hard segment together with their control.
