Abstract

目前,人们过于关注PPP模式的优点,而忽视它的缺点以及优点的发挥需要的基础环境条件。本文以港珠澳大桥为背景,分别从私人投资者、政府以及PPP运行环境三个方面,对大桥融资模式的选择作出论述。||Now,the merits of PPP are paid close attention to,but its shortcomings and the foundation environmental conditions which the merit display needs are neglected.This article takes the Gang-Zhu-Au Bridge as the back-ground,and makes the elaboration to the bridge financing mode’s choice from the view of private investor,govern-ment as well as the PPP running environment separately.
