Abstract

In this paper, we study a nozzle-diffuser micropump is actuated by ultrasound waves. The nozzle-diffuser is made a nanoporous one-way membrane. The micropump was by enclosing the nanoporous membrane into a PMMA chamber. Once immersed into ultrasonic water bath, the can continuously pump the water through the one-way . This device is ideal for future implantable drug system that can be remotely controlled by ultrasound .
