Abstract

Direct evidence of the ambient-temperature incorporation of hydrogen in Nb doped SrTiO3single crystals (Nb:SrTiO3) and its impact on the conductivity and structure of the crystals was reported. Nb:SrTiO3crystal lattice relaxation was observed due to H doping. The results showed that H doping relaxed the local constraints in the crystal.
