Abstract

We reported all-optical wavelength conversion using multi-pump Raman-assisted four-wave mixing. All-optical wavelength conversion with 10 nm bandwidth of flat conversion efficiency is achieved. The measured power penalty is -1 dB for 10 Gb/s down-converted signals for detunes of 5 and 10 nm at BER of 10-9.
