Abstract

A co-circularly polarized (Co-CP) antenna with high inter-port isolation is proposed for wideband in-band full-duplex communication. The antenna system consists of a metasurface antenna array and two well-designed microstrip-based feeding networks, exhibiting the features of high isolation bandwidth and co-circular polarization radiation patterns for both TX and RX. Simulation results demonstrate that the inter-port isolation level is greater than 40 dB at the band of 5.25-6.35 GHz and the peak gain also reaches 11.6 dBi.
