A thin-film optical filter with in-cavity strongly-coupled silver nanoparticles

Abstract

A design of optical thin-film filter based on Fabry-Perot cavity with in-cavity silver nanoparticles is demonstrated with numerical simulation. The filter's spectra can be dramatically tuned by strong coupling of silver nanoparticles with optical cavity.
